The staff were all lovely, welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent. The breakfast was great. The view from our window was lovely - over the harbour.The cost of the drinks in the bar was very reasonable It was all very good value for money. The bus stop was just outside the hotel and the service seemed very reliable. We went to Polperro.

The accommodation was clean and very close to the little streets, the harbour and the beach . The staff were fab and very friendly. Sammy helped me up to our room with our bags as my partner was parking the car . He then brought us a fresh pot of tea and coffee to our room . The room had toiletries and fresh towels every day, and our beds were made whilst we were out . Plenty of tea bags, coffee, sugar, and milk and a bottle of water also provided . Full English breakfast cooked to order every morning was really good and set us up for the day xx

The outstanding thing about this guest house is without a doubt the host! Sammy is a lovely guy and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is ok. Second time I have stayed here when I’ve needed to travel from Lincolnshire at short notice to sort family issues and will definitely stay again. I had to leave at 5:30 on the morning I checked out so didn’t get to thank Sammy in person, but thanks Sammy! Also the location, central to Looe, right opposite the bridge so easy walk to East or West Looe, minutes walk from the railway station if you fancy a leisurely train ride to Liskeard (highly recommend tho, very scenic train journey).

"My recent stay at Bridgeside Guest House was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Sammy was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view. The dining options were also outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious and fresh food. Room was lovely spacious and clean, location central near to the station and Looe centre. The breakfast was delicious and the host Sammy was so helpful even carrying my case down to the road for me nothing too much trouble couldn’t fault our stay at all.

Sammy was extremely friendly and welcoming. He greeted us when we arrived and made us a pot of tea. He also gave us directions to the restaurant for our evening meal. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and just the right size. My friends and I would be more than happy to stay again as it was perfect for a short break.

Staff were warm and welcoming. Cleanliness was excellent. Lovely view of the harbour, bridge and war memorial. Bathroom was small but certainly adequate. Cooked breakfast was very good - and tailored to your choice.

Beautiful, old building and very clean - room was of a generous size with comfortable bed and fresh bedding - lots of towels and plug sockets in practical places. All facilities catered for. Very quiet and excellent location. Extremely friendly and welcoming owner - would definitely recommend!

Beautiful B&B. The owners are lovely, so helpful, happy, totally amazing people. Our room was really nice, big enough for 3 adults and we also had an outside seating area. The beds are very comfortable, the whole room was perfect. Breakfast was so tasty, plenty of options to choose from. Location is amazing, everything within reach, gorgeous views from the sitting area outside.

Great location, great room - admittedly to back of hotel facing the cliff but not a problem. Breakfast was fantastic served by a very welcoming staff member. Maybe it was us and our aging backs but we unfortunately did not find the bed comfy (mattress was a little soft and warped). Room 5. Our daughters single room, facing the estuary (Room 4), was just fine. Thank you
